Due to increased business levels, my client is looking to recruit a new Sales and Customer Service Coordinator - Italian Speaking candidate to join their small busy team. Key duties : Responsible for liaising with customers, sharing product details and generating quotations as required. Processing sales orders, to ensure that customer requirements can be met, liaising with internal planning and external sub-contractors. Proactively managing customer orders from receipt to confirmation through to dispatch and then to delivery through to invoicing. Effectively monitoring customer credit limits and pursuing due payments in support of internal finance. Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers so that you can discuss and resolve difficulties proactively, identifying areas for improvements, ensuring that their needs are met whenever possible. Work closely with customers to obtain product forecasts for planning to be able to predict likely trends and customer needs. Identify opportunities to grow business at existing customers by developing a good working knowledge of their requirements and our product offering. To positively contribute to the development, documentation and continuous improvement of the business. Key skills required : Ability to assimilate new learning Ability to work under pressure Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Inter-personal skills - both internal and external contacts Strong customer service skills Good negotiating skills Self motivated Team player Additional skills required : Fluency in Italian - written and verbal is essential Ability to prioritise tasks Strong numeracy and computer skills Process adherence Understanding of supply chain principles Hours of work: Monday - Friday, either 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + day off on your birthday! 3% employer pension contribution
