We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic high level support staff who would like to support an individual live in their own home as independently as possible in the South Ribble Area. The role requires the? successful candidate to understand autism, sensory processing, the importance of planning ahead, effective communication strategies, positive behaviour support and being part of a team that ensures the person you support achieves great outcomes. If you don?t have experience you must be willing to learn. The role is full time or part time and has an excellent hourly rate, the opportunity to develop and achieve further qualifications and climb in your career.
