Temporary Part Time Admin Assistant - Maternity Cover 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm York Centre £11.44 to £12 pr hour · Basic IT support · Photocopying / Scanning · Provide hand delivery service to local organisations, take outgoing mail to Post Office · Monitor general mailbox emails · Be the main point of contact with our off site? storage contractor and be responsible for the control and distribution of all archived files. · Maintain working stocks of stationary, order supplies when needed · Maintain label printer · Order business cards, brochures and other marketing literature · Banking · Monitoring of daily backups · Provide reception cover as and when required · Arrange catering for meetings Please call Adecco on 10904 640333 or email 1154.york@adecco.co.uk
