Sous Chef: Pay rate: Depends on experience (plus tips-approx £300-£400) Additional details: Live-in accommodation is available at a rate of £9.10 per day, which includes three meals. Currently, single rooms are available. Chefs are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours and various working shifts.
