Full time Job, 40hrs, Hotel Guest Services Assistant, Reception based initially, to Join our team Holiday Inn Northampton. Our ideal candidate will be calm in all situations,have a love to help and assist,? have great computer skills, communication, and email skills along with fantastic customer service delivery. Shifts are normally 6.30am til 3pm & 2.30pm & 11pm including some weekends, on a rotating basis. Must be fluent speaking, listening and writing in English.
