My client is currently seeking a part time secretary. They are a renewable energy and building consultancy based in Craigmillar, Edinburgh. The hours are from 10 hours a week, but can increase as workload increases.

Duties include:
Email management
Filing of paperwork
Writing letters
Completing forms
Making phone calls
Printing, scanning and photocopying
Copy-typing notes, documents and emails
Keep track of stationery supply in the office
Internet research
Raising invoices
Writing and editing reports
Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations

The role was previously worked by a self-employed contractor, but being employed is a possibility if you just discuss with the managing director. I can also direct you to him to discuss about rates and more details of the job.
