Administrator | Kintore | On-going-Contract | £Rate £8.45 p/h

Avenue’s client a leading provider of vital multi-technical services is looking for an Administrator to join their team on an on-going contract basis however due to the circumstances this could become a permanent opportunity. The Administrator will be based in their office in Kintore.

Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday
08:30 – 16:00 Friday
Half hour lunch
39 hour working week

The Role
Duties and responsibilities:
* General Administration tasks
* Data entry
* Approving GRM notes
* Printing and collating job cards
* Requesting quotes
* Raising requisitions
* Taking incoming phone calls

The Candidate
* Experience in a similar position
* Computer Literate
* Proficient in the use of all MS packages – excel, outlook and word
* Good communicator
* Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent telephone manner
* Must drive and have their own transport to travel to work
