House to Rent, Durham, England

Looking for two (postgrad/upper undergrad) housemates for a uni house in the viaduct tenancy starting summer 2023 for the year. I am a masters student in physics/maths looking for 2 more people to sign with for a 3 bed house in the Viaduct at £132 pppw (without bills) as I had a year out and everyone in my year has finished. All the rooms have double beds and I can send photos. Probably a quieter house, feel free to message questions/interest and possibly to look around the house.
