House to Rent, Durham, England

Still looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our Gilesgate house from July 1 2023 to June 30 2024. Currently 2 guys and 1 girl (looking preferably for another girl) all of them are super chill and are? friendly people. Tenancy is £170 per week (+bills). It will be a bedroom in a fully furnished house with a double bed. 15 mins walk from the center of town and 15 mins walk from big tesco/ Aldi.
