House to Rent, Durham, England

Hello! We are three second year students who each got placements and years abroad at about the same time (Iceland, Indianna, and London!!!) and we are now looking for three people to move in together to our house in Gilesgate for 2023/4. We are actually quite sad to have to leave it because the house is gorgeous. It feels more like a proper house? than just uni accommodation and it has everything we need. It has a large kitchen, and a living room which opens with glass doors onto a lawn with a barbecue area. There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds. The third is slightly smaller but still has lots of storage space. There is a bathroom with bath-shower, sink, and toilet plus a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen has all the appliances needed plus a washer/dryer. Rent is £159 each per week (bills excluded) and takes us about 20 minutes to walk to town when we visit .
