I'll be moving in with friends at the start of May so I'm looking for someone to take my double room in Southmead. The area is a really nice modern estate, with access to sports fields where I go running every week. There's a Tesco and Lidl in walking distance and the number 2 bus gets you into town really quickly. There's also the 76 which will? get you to Gloucester Rd. You'll be living with a mix of young professionals. Everyone is friendly but keeps themselves to themselves. Students are allowed but the landlord will want you to pay 6 months' rent in advance with a 5% discount.
