Ideally looking? for professional open minded tenant in their 30's, clean and tidy, cat lovers (we have two maine coon cats), plant lovers. Upstairs bathroom with shower, downstairs toilet, large garden, open plan kitchen living space, large double room (both unfurnished but with the exception of a bedframe and storage unit). Deposit is 5 weeks rent (£750) held in DPS 6 month contract, and then rolling monthly after that (one month notice required). We're looking for people that want to enjoy this as a shared home.
