Great links to Durham University - the bus stop is 3 minutes walk away and the? journey takes 10 minutes. There is a choice of 3 buses that pass the University buildings. There is also a Co-op grocery store opposite the bus stop. The house is newly furnished throughout to a very high standard. The room available is fully furnished and shares a bathroom with current Spanish Erasmus student. Easy going household with two very friendly resident dogs, who will engage as much or as little as you want them to ?? Would ideally suit post graduate / visiting researcher / hard working foreign student who wants to immerse themselves in English culture. You will not get a better standard of accommodation.
