I have a double room (Bedroom Two in the attached plan, 3,4m×2,5m) with separate private bathroom to rent with shared two bedroom flat with me in a new building. I will be living in en-suite. Location is EH4? 4QF, Drylaw, Edinburgh. Rent is £600pm (including council tax which I can pay)+bills for couple and £500pm+bills for single person.
