Looking for a 2 bed HOUSE preferably in the /Rockbeare/Broadclyst/Whimple/Pinhoe/Monkerton/Tithebarn areas, would consider other areas if backing backing onto or very close to fields or woodland . I have a 2? double bed house with large kitchen in a quiet cul de sac in a small sub development just past the Rockbeare turn and Caravan Centre going towards Whimple on the old A30. I have fantastic neighbours and am heartbroken that I have to move but I need a cheaper rent. The rent on this is £136.60 a week, ideally I need something around the £100 or lower mark.
