Lovely 2 bedroom house in Claypath about 10 minutes from town, inclusive of 2 bedroom, 1 en-suite and 1 common as well as a downstairs bathroom. Large kitchen with dining? area, spacious living room with TV with a nice garden as well. Price is £225pppw inclusive of all bills. The house has a few spare rooms and plenty of storage space.
I am a second year male engineer going and my current housemate is likely going on placement, so preferably looking for someone who wants to stay only for an year (not compulsory) .
