We are looking for a tenant to rent a single room in a 4 bedroom student house from March/April until the 30th June (tenancy end). The property is located on Bonnington Walk, Filton, BS7 9XE. Close to both? universities with great transport links and many local shops. The rent is £500 per month (bills not included) and is owned under Pentridge Properties, who are very responsive and reliable. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household who love a night in as much as a night out. We are very clean and respectful. We are happy to set up a meet-up if you would like to see the house and meet the tenants first, please just get in touch! I?ve attached some images of the single room as well as the rest of the house and the garden. It?s a lovely, clean and bright house which is very comfortable to live in.
