Hi! Due to a change in plans were looking for one more girl to join a 3-bed house in Gilesgate for 2024/25. It's a single room overlooking the garden on a quiet road, close to Sainsbury's local (20 minute walk? from Elvet Riverside or the City Center). You would be sharing with two lovely girls and the rent is only £165 a week bills included (a steal compared to most Durham prices!)
