Hi, I have a new build upper level 4 in a block in Duloch area of Dunfermline, Fife The property was built in Aug and I have not yet moved into it as I was working away. I am now home and looking to move up to? near Elgin. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom property in the area. All carpets and blinds are brand new and will be left for new tenants. It is situated 15 mins away from edinburgh and next to the odeon and 2 retail parks, it is a quiet area and the housing association cuts your grass once a month. It has a double driveway at the back of the house and a private garden. A college is being built ready for Aug this year right next to the property.
