Only a 25 minute walk to the science site, or a 10 minute cycle down a cycle path! 10 minutes to the town centre, and also right next to a? Sainsbury?s local if you?re in a pinch. The house is a roomy 7 bed, with a large kitchen (many fridges), lovely bathrooms (showers are excellent), double beds, big living space, and big sunny garden. We?re all 1st year (about to be 2nd year) PhD students (currently 2 male, 3 female), looking for twp people, someone clean, tidy, and chill. House is £150 pppw, bills excluded but are ~£8 pppw.
