Hi, I am a 3rd year student at Durham and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Rushford Court Unite student (en-suite room in a shared flat of 4) which would be available from 1/7/2024 to? 30/9/2024 at £120 per week ((bills included)). The picture is the outside view from my flat. I have confirmed with the accommodation provider that I can transfer the contract to another student. I am flexible with the take over date.
