House is in Gilesgate (Pine Avenue) 30 min walk to the city centre & 10 min walk to the Dragonville shopping centre.? It has a back garden and a front parking space. It will cost £100 per person + share of bills. Payment weekly from October 2024 to July 2025 but I?d like to sign the contract as soon as possible.
