URGENT CALL My housemate left the house under a fixed-term lease without a break clause and rejected to pay the rent (and the Wi-Fi and utility bill). Ahhhhh and sigh? am under great stress ?? so looking for a? new housemate. A room available from now on till 13 Aug 2024 in DH1 1JA. £550 per month (but will have to pay all amount up to the end of the lease at one go) excluding utility bill. Deposit is £600 (half of the monthly rent). Wi-Fi is £20 per month per person. It is a really nice, spacious, and bright house. With a friendly cat ?
