We are looking for a tenant to rent a single room in a 4 bedroom student house from March/April until the 30th June (tenancy end). The property is located on Bonnington Walk, Filton, BS7 9XE. Close to both? universities with great transport links and many local shops. The rent is £500 per month (bills not included) and is owned under Pentridge Properties, who are very responsive and reliable. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household who love a night in as much as a night out. We are very clean and respectful.
