House is in Gilesgate (Pine Avenue) 30 min walk to the city centre & 10 min walk to the Dragonville shopping centre.? It has a back garden and a front parking space. It will cost £100 per person + share of bills. Payment weekly from October 2024 to July 2025 but I?d like to sign the contract as soon as possible. Property consists of: - 4 bedrooms (2 available for rent, 1 for me, 1 empty) - Living room with TV, sofas & dining table - Kitchen (with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, stove & oven) - Downstairs toilet - Upstairs shower room with toilet House is being refurbished so photos don?t include everything.
